Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Logogrind account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.

Request deletion via email

Send an email to support@logogrind.com from the address associated with your Logogrind account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Please include:

• Your full name as registered in Logogrind.
• The email address you signed up with.
• (Optional) any specific projects you would like removed in advance of full deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• All projects, generated logos, and saved branding kits associated with your account.
• Your stored preferences and notification settings.

What we may retain

We may retain a minimal amount of information needed to comply with our legal obligations (for example, billing records required by tax law). Any retained data is kept only for the period required and is not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within seven business days. You will receive a confirmation by email once your data has been removed.
