These Terms govern your use of the Logogrind website and product, provided by Alex Tselegidis Software Services (Offenbach, Germany). By using Logogrind you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Logogrind to:
- Generate content that infringes the intellectual property of others.
- Generate hateful, illegal, or harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans and one-time purchases give you access to the features described at the time of purchase. Pricing and inclusions are documented on the pricing section.
4. Intellectual property
On a paid plan, you own the logos and branding kits you generate and download, and may use them commercially without attribution. The Logogrind brand, software, templates, and underlying systems remain the property of Alex Tselegidis Software Services.
5. Refunds
If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us at support@logogrind.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
6. Disclaimer
Logogrind is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Logogrind is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where Alex Tselegidis Software Services is based.
